Founded by three childhood friends—Jaan Tulsiani, Sameer Mutreja, and Rahul Jaising—our company brings together over 30 years of collective experience in the construction industry.

After years of working together in various capacities within the industry, we decided to unite our skills, expertise, and knowledge into a company that stands for more than just construction.     Jaan Tulsiani

    DIRECTOR

    Jaan began his professional journey in the construction industry in 2008, armed with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction. With a career spanning nearly two decades, he has built a solid reputation as a dynamic leader and project delivery specialist, managing construction projects valued at over $400 million across various sectors.

    From early site-based roles to senior leadership positions, Jaan has led teams through every stage of the construction lifecycle—including pre-construction, procurement, execution, and handover. His deep technical knowledge, combined with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, has consistently delivered successful outcomes for clients, stakeholders, and end users alike.

    Known for his strategic oversight, attention to detail, and collaborative style, Jaan thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence, safety, and sustainable construction practices.

    Rahul Jaising

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    Rahul is a commercially focused Business Development Manager with a solid foundation in construction project delivery and a deep understanding of industry dynamics. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, and a Master of Project Management, he brings a rare blend of technical knowledge and strategic insight to his role.

    With hands-on experience delivering over $85 million worth of residential and commercial projects, Rahul has developed a comprehensive understanding of site operations, materials, and logistical challenges—particularly in complex environments with restricted access. This firsthand experience enhances his ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that align with project realities.

    In his business development role, Rahul leverages his project management background to build strong client relationships, identify strategic growth areas, and contribute to securing high-value contracts. His ability to bridge the gap between commercial objectives and on-site execution makes him a valuable asset in driving sustainable business outcomes.

    SALES MARKETING MANAGER

    With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a diverse career spanning multiple industries, she brings a unique blend of leadership, marketing insight, and strategic vision to Grid26. Her background as a Sales Agent at Century21 has equipped her with deep expertise in real estate acquisition, market analysis, and buyer behavior—skills that are invaluable in identifying new business opportunities and driving sustainable growth.

    Sameer Mutreja

    SITE MANAGER

    Sameer is a results-driven and passionate Site Manager with nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong academic foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Project Management. Known for his hands-on leadership style and commercial acumen, Sameer has built a proven track record in successfully delivering complex residential and mixed-use developments—balancing quality, safety, time, and budget across all stages of the project lifecycle.

    Having previously worked in senior contract administration roles, Sameer has awarded and managed subcontracts exceeding $140 million, bringing a deep understanding of procurement, cost control, and contractual obligations to his site management responsibilities. This unique combination of site and commercial expertise enables him to align on-site operations with broader project goals and client expectations.

    Sameer thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for his ability to foster strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. He is proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they impact progress, and ensures strict adherence to WHS standards and construction regulations.

    With a strategic mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, Sameer consistently drives projects forward ensuring they are not only completed on time and within budget but also meet the highest standards of workmanship and compliance.

    Sean Le

    LEAD ARCHITECT

    Sean Lee is a registered architect & design practitioner with over 15 years of experience designing and delivering thoughtful, sustainable, and innovative built environments. Sean currently leads projects at Grid26, where the focus remains on delivering architecture that enriches lives and stands the test of time. With a strong foundation in both design theory and technical execution, he brings a holistic approach to architecture—balancing creativity with functionality and environmental responsibility.

    A graduate of University of Technology, Sydney with a Masters degree in Architecture, Sean has worked across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, cultural, and mixed-use developments. Throughout his career, Sean has led multidisciplinary teams through every stage of the design process—from concept development and planning approvals to detailed construction documentation and on-site project delivery.

    Known for meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to client-centered design, Sean is passionate about creating spaces that respond to human needs while contributing positively to their context. Sustainability is a central tenet of his work, often incorporating passive design strategies, durable materials, and energy-efficient systems.
